I used this restaurant for a business dinner. With only 5 counter seats available, we were able to reserve the entire space for our group, making for a lively and enjoyable time together.Every dish we had was delicious. The Yamagata beef Chateaubriand was absolutely fantastic.I wanted to try some wine as well, but I plan to enjoy that with a different group next time.
This time, I visited during a la carte hours for the first time since Chef Ueda took over. I enjoyed about six dishes, each showcasing the chef's dedication to high-quality ingredients and their natural flavors. The restaurant also has a great selection of Champagne, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal paired with wine. The chef is a wonderful person, so I highly recommend giving it a try. It was delicious!
This was my second visit (*^^*). However, the chef had changed, and the atmosphere of the dishes was different this time (*^^*). But everything was delicious (*^o^*). The staff helped me choose a wine I liked and added some extra dishes I wanted, making it a fun experience (*^^*). It was a great meal!\(^o^)/
I was looking forward to enjoying Italian cuisine after a long time. The location of the restaurant was a bit hard to find, but it was manageable once I got there. The dishes were delicious, incorporating Japanese ingredients.Overall, there were fewer non-meat options, so I wished I could have tried a bit more variety. The combination of tuna bottarga and prosciutto was delightful. The shrimp with basil sauce was the best dish.I thought it would have been even better to toss that basil sauce with pasta,... I visited on a weekday evening to celebrate my mother's birthday. The restaurant is very small, with only five seats.Since we were a party of two, our comfort was inevitably affected by the other three guests. And given that it's located in Kitashinchi, you can imagine the atmosphere. To be honest, it was quite uncomfortable. We made a reservation for 6 PM, as that was the only time available.I rushed to finish work and hurriedly took a taxi, arriving just two minutes before our reservation.However,... I think we waited about 15 minutes. We were the ones who paid for a taxi to ensure we wouldn’t be late. Now, regarding the food, the cost and quality do not match. I suppose that’s to be expected given the location in Kitashinchi?Among the menu items, the burrata cheese with strawberries was very delicious. The main dish was cooked perfectly and tasted great. However, the rest of the menu items were rather disappointing. The course had a flow, and I believe the flavors should evolve with that flow, but there was a lack of creativity in transitioning between dishes, which left my palate unprepared for the main course.I was surprised that the final dish was Neapolitan pasta at this price point. It seemed to use regular sausages. As someone who avoids sodium nitrite, I didn’t expect to see that in a dish at this price, but I felt I had to try it, and it left me feeling uncomfortable for a while.Given the limited seating, perhaps the atmosphere was influenced by the other guests...The staff were reasonably friendly.
