One of the premier shops to feature a variety of all shellfish-based soups. The name means ‘The Old Man’s Best Swing’, and the shop has a few different dashi bases. Shijimi Ramen, Asari Ramen, and Hamaguri Ramen (three varieties of clam), all with dashi soups made from that type of clam. The results are clean and refreshing soups across the board.
