Multiple soups incorporate pure kurobuta pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, Kuro Satsuma chickens, beef bones and gyokai. The shoyu tare utilizes three varieties of soy sauce, each bowl also contains chicken oil. No msg or chemical preservatives.
