This restaurant offers the best Japanese cuisine every time I visit.Every dish is truly delicious.The flavors of the fish are expressed to perfection.Moreover, the staff is attentive and the service is excellent, making the course meal very satisfying.From the appetizers to the final rice dish, everything was outstanding.I look forward to visiting again next month.

I've visited this restaurant over 10 times. The dishes, made from local ingredients from Ishikawa Prefecture and delicious items from all over Japan, are simply delightful. Especially the seafood dishes are incredibly tasty! I already want to go back next month. I need to make a reservation right away.

The dishes made with seasonal ingredients were all outstanding, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship in each item. Not only were they visually stunning, but the balance of flavors was exquisite, keeping me engaged until the very last bite. The staff provided attentive service and care, creating a comfortable atmosphere for a delightful dining experience. This is a wonderful restaurant that I would love to visit for a meal with someone special or on a special occasion. I definitely plan to return!

The interior features private rooms and a stylish counter, creating a chic atmosphere! Each dish is carefully prepared, making it impossible to imagine the flavors until it arrives—it's such a delightful experience from the moment it’s served! The food was truly delicious and represented the pinnacle of Japanese cuisine! The explanations of the dishes were thorough and easy to understand, which was great! This is definitely a place I want to visit again!

This restaurant is located a 7-minute walk from Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome Station. Chef Nakamura trained for 3 years at Uemura and 5 years at Oimatsu Kitagawa before opening this establishment in 2019.
