Dinner at Oryori Miyamoto (お料理 宮本)

I had dinner at Oryori Miyamoto, which was selected as a Bronze winner in the 2025 and 2026 Japan Cuisine WEST 100 Best Restaurants.Unfortunately, I couldn't take any photos of the dishes.However, the skills honed at Honkotsuki were impressive from start to finish.Here’s what I enjoyed:- Kuruma Ebi (Japanese tiger prawn) and Uni (sea urchin)- Ikura (salmon roe), Mochigome (glutinous rice), Shiso (perilla), and Ginkgo nuts- Soft-shelled turtle and its eggs- Hamo (pike eel) and Katsuo (bonito)- Kamasu...
