Had a truly wonderful evening at the newishly opened @thirdfalcon_bk in Fort Greene.

The restaurant strikes that perfect balance—elegant but unfussy, refined yet deeply comforting. The menu is a love letter to Northern France, with a focus on pristine seafood, market-driven ingredients, and rich, layered flavors that feel both classic and fresh. Every dish was executed wonderfully, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made the experience even better.

It’s the kind of place where you lose track of time over great food, great wine, and great company. Already looking forward to the next visit!
