There’s something special about dinner at @peasantnyc — grounded, generous, and a little wild.

Right now, they’re running a whole animal menu, and we went all in on the duck. It’s a big duck that feeds 3-4 people and it’s slow-roasted over an open flame — crispy skin, tender meat, nothing wasted. Thoughtful, rustic cooking that doesn’t need to dress itself up.
