I visited on a day with scorching temperatures close to 39 degrees. Once again, I had the pleasure of experiencing a variety of innovative dishes with a great balance of flavors and textures.Three dishes stood out in particular:- Pickled Plum- Eel and Eggplant Soup- Beef with Nasu SauceAll the other dishes were delicious as well, but there was a moment of indescribable happiness from the time they were served until I took my first bite.It was a great meal.

I finally got to visit Higashiyama Tsukasa, which I had been looking forward to. I was able to try the fresh spring rolls that I had been curious about for so long! Every dish was outstanding, and I could really appreciate the depth of Japanese cuisine, especially how the way octopus is cut can change its flavor. The shari porridge was also a first for me, and it was fantastic.I had never tasted such delicious cold soup before. The meat dishes were incredible... The depth of the sauce and the charred... More

The staff and customers here seem to have a great camaraderie, making it a fun place to be! The corn tempura rice balls were incredibly delicious! The salted rice balls were also fantastic! For dessert, I had grilled warabi mochi with milk ice cream and kinako, which was absolutely delightful! The meat was served with a sauce made from beef from a dairy cow, and it was rich in flavor and very tasty. The chilled soup and soba noodles with tantanmen were a perfect match. The eel soup was exceptionally... More
