One of the more authentic Chinese places around town these days in terms of flavour profiles (caviar aside). Bold flavours with good usage of oils and sauces when necessary. The hairy crab fukahire and mapo tofu hit the spot with balanced flavours, enough spiciness (for the mapo), and I guess my only complaint was that i wish i could have gotten more. Beautiful historic building and location as well..

Noodles with abalone and its liver

鮑と肝の和えそば

「齋華」で特筆すべきは醤だと思っているが、その醤の素晴らしさを味わえる一品。鮑と鮑の肝が一見主役ではあるが、大豆の醤の豊かな香りと食感、味わいに圧倒される。

何度か頂いている料理だが、麺の粉を変えたそうで、以前よりもコシが増した。個人的にはこちらの方が好みで、嬉しい。
