Opened in 2009, the original menu consisted of tonkotsu ramen, standard in the region of Kyushu. However the master had previously lived in Aomori, and was inspired by the ramen there, so in 2016, he decided to completely rebrand and started serving bowls of authentic Aomori style niboshi shoyu.
