Sushi Ikko 鮨 一幸
Highly regarded sushi restaurant in Sapporo from a young chef who learned the craft from his father. The quality of the neta is excellent with a medium vinegared shari that gets a touch stronger as we progress through the meal. The balance of the shari to neta was actually my least favourite point of the meal even as everything was positive. Individually, the components were great, the service was onpoint and the atmosphere is awesome.

One example for his drive to source the best was the bonito we got. On very rare occasions a bonito thinks he is a tuna and starts swimming with... More

My favorite sushi restaurant in Sapporo. Very delicate, subtle but always very good.
