One of the premier destinations for miso ramen in Kanazawa, and conveniently located near the station. Before the bowl arrives, each customer is served a shot of fresh vegetable juice. As for the ramen: sweet, creamy miso-based soup, served with egg noodles that are similar to Hokkaido-style but a bit thicker. Topped with aosa seaweed, grated ginger and yuzu. Creamy miso ramen. I got the spicy version of it. The noodles are thick, curly and egg based.

Fist time for a long time I had to stand in line. Good to see that business is picking up.
