Dinner in the #1 place of TripAdvisor in 2017. A very pleasant country pub with attached extensive farm turns out excellent food.
The outstanding dishes of the meal were the Crapaudine Beetroot cooked in Beef Fat which created an unbelievable texture and flavour and the Plum, Kernel and Thyme dessert.

John Williams' dining room in The Ritz London is astonishing. Almost always full although it is huge. Despite the size the kitchen manages to churn out classic French dishes with a surprising quality. My lunch companion was Andy Hayler, so I am sure the Chefs were trying especially hard.
At one star I feel this places is slightly underrated.

Here we go, this is San Sebastian, the city with the highest concentration of GM stars per inhabitants.
But maybe because or despite of this, there are places which have no rating but they serve you a sole which makes you cry.
