This Japanese restaurant in Yaizu offers a menu focused on local seafood and vegetables. Dishes are prepared with care, featuring either grilled or raw options, but no fried items. For Japanese sake, I enjoyed selections primarily from the local Shizuoka region, including Kaiun. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Yaizu Station, or around 10 minutes by bus. You can also call a taxi for your return trip. Each reservation allows for only one additional booking, and unfortunately, I couldn’t secure a reservation. What a shame! Less
