I visited katecuore in Imari City, Saga Prefecture. I had heard it would take about 4 to 5 hours, so I was prepared for that, but on that day, it was just the two of us, and we finished in 2.5 hours. We enjoyed wine pairings while watching the cooking process right in front of us. I highly recommend it!
