Recommended bowl: Premium chicken taste

This highly ranked shop serves clear chintan soup made almost entirely of chicken parts. Whole chickens, chicken carcasses, minced chicken breast and chicken wings all go into the soup. No MSG. The shoyu is highly recommended, however shio is available, as well as a version made with niboshi, and tsukemen.
