Awesome with hot steamed rice, Balinese vegetables, and a trio of chili sambals that went so well with everything!

Bebek Bengil, a Bali institution located next to a rice paddy in Ubud, is the home of original crispy duck since 1990. Famous dishes include the deep fried crispy duck and the smoked duck (must be ordered a day in advance) that is smothered in Balinese spices and wrapped in betel leaves, slowly smoked for a whole day. ?
