A most ambitious restaurant on world class proportions. Chef Eelke Plasmeijer and Ray Adriansyah’s newly opened #locavorenxt is the latest chapter of Locavore’s 17 year old journey. It’s a dream of a restaurant equipped to the brim—rooftop farms, bee colonies, rice fields, dedicated foragers, test kitchens, fermentation lab, staff canteen, in house mushroom farm, solar farm, and a small army of chefs and support teams.
