Specializing in Edo-mae (Tokyo style) unagi, Ishibashi (石ばし) is a famous Michelin-starred restaurant that has been selling unagi since 1910. Specializing in Edo-mae (Tokyo style) unagi, Ishibashi (石ばし) is a famous Michelin-starred restaurant that has been selling unagi since 1910.
