Always a great experience at this cozy French restaurant in Hiroo. Some classic cooking techniques when the proteins come out but there is a degree of playfulness and experimentation, especially with the courses near the beginning. When I see such a beautifully cooked slab of meat, which tastes as good as it looks... that is the cherry on top. Front-of-house is run by the engaging @k1210ai, and the private room at the back is great... More
