If you want to learn about beef, this is the place to go. High-quality beef from Hida, including a lot of funky organ parts. The S course menu allows you to eat a few cuts that are quite hard to come by. The tongue and the 육개장 were awesome. Not a fancy place, but good cost performance and service was decent.
