Nystekt Strömming - Stockholm (Sweden)

Fried herring on rye bread. Simple pleasures that only local street food can provide.

Well, it can get even better when topped with brown mustard, red onions and pickled cucumber.

Nystekt Strooming is not to be missed when walking around the city. What a gem!
