One of the more popular shops in the Susukino area serving Sapporo style miso ramen at all hours of the day. Master Nitori-san makes the soup using pork bones, pork back fat, chickens from Niigata prefecture, and some vegetables. All in all, it takes about 10 hours to make the soup.
