Ōmiya Taishōken serves pure Eifukucho Taishōken style Tokyo shoyu ramen. The larger than normal sized bowls contain clear pork and niboshi based soup, served with a scalding hot layer of lard on the surface. In fact, there is a sign on the counter warning customers to be careful of burning themselves from the hot soup. Noodles are supplied by Kusamura Seimen, same as Eifukucho Taishōken.
