Recommended bowl: Eifukucho style
Ōmiya Taishōken serves pure Eifukucho Taishōken style Tokyo shoyu ramen. The larger than normal sized bowls contain clear pork and niboshi based soup, served with a scalding hot layer of lard on the surface. In fact, there is a sign on the counter warning customers to be careful of burning themselves from the hot soup. Noodles are supplied by Kusamura Seimen, same as Eifukucho Taishōken. The master here trained at Eifukucho Taishōken as well. Many customers order a raw egg on the side for dipping noodles. Open since 2010.
