Marzapane in Rome. This time no food photos, because besides the amazingly delicious dishes there are these great chefs, who created a wonderful style! 2 beautiful gentlemen, humble and kind, with a heart of gold, blessed with amazing cooking/grilling/frying skills and creativity, plus the smartness to create simple looking dishes, that bring you ‘back’ your Italian childhood memories, even if you never lived there… And then there is the next level: the small twist, that gives an extra layer of perception, and makes you feel like in a very smart fine dining restaurant, but without all the unnecessary gimmicks.
Francesco amd Guglielmo will soon leave Marzapane and begin a new adventure in a different part of Italy, but I know already, I will be a regular there, too! Whatever they cook, I want to enjoy the treats of this exceptional chef duo!
