Tucked in the heart of #hellskitchen, @saitong.thai offers a modern take on classic Thai dishes and flavors, all in an elegant 2-floor dining space. They have number of new specials on the menu and we found the curries to be the star here (definitely get the Short Rib!) - and couldn’t leave without dessert!

Stopped by @saitong.thai for a weekday dinner - just in time for their $55 prix fixe for summer! We got to try some of their signature modern Thai dishes and were impressed by the presentations and flavors in them all:
