One-night collaborations like this are always a reminder of how lucky we are to experience moments that only happen once.

A few weeks ago, I was invited to @papasannyc for a special dinner featuring Chef @diegooka of La Mar alongside Chef @llama_erik. Their take on Nikkei cuisine brought together bright citrus, incredible seafood, and so many bold, layered flavors. It was such a fun way to see two talented chefs share the same kitchen for one evening.
A sincere thank you to the Papa San team for the invitation and the warm hospitality. It was a privilege to be there and experience something so special.

The space is bright and inviting, the energy laid-back but lively. There’s real thought behind the menu, and it shows. Can’t wait to come back soon to see what the dinner service is all about!
