At “Mi Compa Chava” in Mexico City, every dish is a celebration of the sea🌊 The bustling marisqueria (a restaurant specialising in seafood) by @gallorozco is located in Narvarte Poniente, which is just south of the trendy Roma Norte district💃 Reservations are not accepted, so you can write your name on the waiting list and come back for a table - expect a 2-3 hour queue during peak hours🫣

The “Señora Torres” in the cover photo is their most renowned dish, served with “Callo de Hacha” scallops, raw and cooked shrimp, octopus, yellowfin tuna, onion, cucumber, avocado, and Morita chilli sauce🌶️ The “Aguachile Negro de Camarón” is another seller, consisting of raw shrimp from Topolobampo in Sinaloa, black aguachile, red onion, cucumber, avocado and green chilli pepper🖤
