Tucked into a Comfort Inn in Silver Lake Pijja Palace is most certainly an Indian Sports Bar, but instead of Butter Chicken and Naan the food from Miles Shorey and owner Avish Naran taps into fusion of the best sort.

Served piping hot, and aggressively seasoned, this is "bar food" served with purpose whether you're talking crackling #Onion Rings or #Rigatoni that is sorta Vodka Sauce but smooth, smoky and complex.
