What a dish from Bestia. This was the standout for me. A lovely pasta dish consisting of mini spinach gnocchi, tossed in a sauce made from butter and aged balsamic with smoked breadcrumbs and a perfectly roasted marrow bone across the top. The marrow is scooped out and tossed table-side creating a perfectly glossy and emulsified sauce coating each piece of gnocchi. The chew of the pasta was super satisfying. Lovely amount... More
