Next stop after Mirazur was a quick one in London on the way to Belgium. I just had one night so decided to try somewhere that I hadn’t been to before. I ended up having a very nice dinner at @xier.london where chef @chefcarloscotto cooks a very accomplished tasting menu of modern European cuisine.
