As a local it is easy to overlook some of Las Vegas' most exclusive eateries, but rest assured that for the last 19 years few have performed as consistently as L'atelier de Joel Robuchon. Recently back from vacation the Seasonal Discovery Menu continues to highlight Chef Robuchon's contributions to gastronomy while new dishes like the Scallop with Paprika Oil and Le Mais show off the current Chefs' skills. Why Joel Robuchon Vegas? ~ well, located in the MGM Grand, Robuchon Vegas is one of the most beautiful 🤩 dining rooms in America, big door entrance, extraordinary chandelier in the center of the room, posh seats, and extremely elaborated bread 🥖 and mignardise 🍭 cart service (we love miganardises, don’t forget). Why Joel Robuchon Vegas? ~ well, located in the MGM Grand, Robuchon Vegas is one of the most beautiful 🤩 dining rooms in America, big door entrance, extraordinary chandelier in the center of the room, posh seats, and extremely elaborated bread 🥖 and mignardise 🍭 cart service (we love miganardises, don’t forget). It also was my birthday 🎂 dinner and @christophedelellis truly knock it out of the park with an outstanding tasting menu full of flavors and luxuries like this Caviar dish with king crab 🦀 , crustacean gelée and cauliflower, just look at the level of detail and you know how the meal went. In addition of that @theparisianintheus hospitality and touches with the @redbull pairing went just above & beyond. No doubt they received 3 🌟🌟🌟 when the @michelinguide visited Vegas years back and would not be surprise they still maintain that if the guide decides to go back. Less
