As a local it is easy to overlook some of Las Vegas' most exclusive eateries, but rest assured that for the last 19 years few have performed as consistently as L'atelier de Joel Robuchon. Recently back from vacation the Seasonal Discovery Menu continues to highlight Chef Robuchon's contributions to gastronomy while new dishes like the Scallop with Paprika Oil and Le Mais show off the current Chefs' skills.
