Why Joel Robuchon Vegas? ~ well, located in the MGM Grand, Robuchon Vegas is one of the most beautiful 🤩 dining rooms in America, big door entrance, extraordinary chandelier in the center of the room, posh seats, and extremely elaborated bread 🥖 and mignardise 🍭 cart service (we love miganardises, don’t forget). This was my second visit and only one in this year. It also was my birthday 🎂 dinner and @christophedelellis truly knock it out of the park with an outstanding tasting menu full of flavors and luxuries like this Caviar dish with king crab 🦀 , crustacean gelée and cauliflower, just look at the level of detail and you know how the meal went. In addition of that @theparisianintheus hospitality and touches with the @redbull pairing went just above & beyond. No doubt they received 3 🌟🌟🌟 when the @michelinguide visited Vegas years back and would not be surprise they still maintain that if the guide decides to go back.
