既にお店の前に、10名以上の行列

終電に確実に間に合わない😂　
でも、待ちます😁

めっちゃ運良く22時35分に入店
私の前の方がグループのため
お一人様の私が先に案内されました🙌

■醤油背脂特製ラーメン 1,100円
ザ京都のラーメンって感じですね
背脂とネギがたっぷり
丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しいです😋

店主さんの優しい接客も魅力的👏👏

Kyoto style shoyu soup uses chicken carcasses and pork back fat. No MSG or chemical additives. Thin straight low hydration noodles, pork shoulder chashu, kujo negi, togarashi.

Around 35 bowls are served per day, the shop is open from 10pm-1am. The same master runs this Gion branch and a 2nd Ōmiya branch which serves ramen for just two hours a day at lunch (11:30am-1:30pm).
