灘の六甲道にあるつけ麺専門店
食べログの百名店にも選出

オープン10分前に訪問
祝日ということもあり
行列出来ておりました🥲

注文したのは
■特製つけ麺 1,380円

麺は自家製の太麺で
モチモチでコシがありる
つけ汁は魚介系で
かなりドロっとしてますね😄
麺にたっぷりつけ汁を付けると
後半つけ汁が無くなるのでご注意を🙇

具は
味玉、厚切りベーコン
豚チャーシュー、海苔

土日は行列が、かなり凄いようです
ビル風が凄いので
防寒対策をしっかりしてから
訪問することをお勧めします🙇
ちなみにお店の前はずっと日陰です😭

Recommended bowl: Tomita-inspired

Master Shigeta-san first dined at the legendary shop Tomita in Matsudo, Chiba, then was inspired to open his own shop. Self taught, he never trained at another shop. Like Tomita, the bowls of tsukemen here contain a rich tonkotsu gyokai soup with house-made noodles. The soup is topped with fish powder, negi and yuzu. No MSG.
