A very highly ranked shop for shio ramen, open since 2001 and run by a husband and wife team. People come from far and wide to eat here, thus there is often a line. Shio chashumen and shio wontonmen are the two most-ordered items, but there are some other bowls on the menu too, like white and red miso ramen.
