Homemade noodles are the star at Kuon, located right in front of Fukushima station. With tsukemen, ramen, aburasoba and various high-quality side dishes, you can’t really go wrong at this spot. A shoyu-based soup with light gyokai is the main soup but they also have Jiro-style bowls and limited edition items. This shop is part of the Fukushima Ramen-Gumi group, a collective of Fukushima-based ramen shops.
