100% pork bone soup also contains back fat and is full of collagen, made to be rich yet mellow and drinkable. No unnecessary seasonings are added. Thin straight Hakata style noodles are inspired by Nagahama ramen and served al dente. Topped with pork chashu, negi and wood ear mushrooms. Oden available on the side, served with flying fish dashi.
