Recommended bowl: Leg bone soup

Fukuoka style tonkotsu soup is made from pork leg bones only (genkotsu) and moto-dare. No MSG, no lard, nothing artificial in the soup. Straight noodles are slightly thicker than typical Hakata style. Free condiments include spicy takana and beni shōga. Many customers order one of the sets that come with chicken karaage or fried rice (yaki-meshi). Open over 10 years.
