Last but by no means least @oadtop100 awards dinner was @qiqedacosta ‘s cheesecake served by the man himself. When I ate this at @llisanegra in Valencia I declared it the best cheesecake I had ever eaten. It’s difficult to replicate that perfection for 200 covers but it was still delicious and a pleasure to have Quique at our table.
