Dinner at Basque Culinary Center

And finally the culinary students @basqueculinarycenter plate up their dessert of textures in chocolate followed by all the chefs coming out to get papped 📸 .
Finally we get to the @oadtop100 awards which was the whole reason for being in San Sebastián. The first evening event @basqueculinarycenter was the ‘new to the list’ dinner where the chefs who were new on to the OAD top 100 European restaurants list each came and cooked a signature dish from their restaurant.
