This well known shop has spawned three different ramen brands spread out across a handful of shops in Osaka. The noodles are from Umegae Seimen, made in Osaka. Master Shimada-san used to work at a Japanese Kappo restaurant for 22 years. After that he opened his own restaurant specializing in chicken.
