Welcome to @bar_vitrine which is often framed through the tiresome “noma alumni” narrative, but the food here feels driven by something else entirely with clear influences from chef @dhriti.a Indian heritage 🇮🇳

The wine list is extensive, the food menu intentionally small and it is certainly a place which is breath of fresh air to Copenhagen’s already booming food scene, but perhaps more hyped than it should be.
