My very first culinary trip to Denmark was for one of Scandinavia’s greatest talents.
It must have been in the beginning of 2004 when we paid a visit to the most popular restaurant “Paustian” by the unique @bobech. A great experience.
Without a doubt he is considered one of the pioneers who put Scandinavia on the world culinary map.
Nice to see he’s back in the game with his new hotspot BoBe!
