Recommended bowl: Spicy Tsukemen

Aomori style thick niboshi soup is made with chicken carcasses, pork bones, vegetables and gyokai (niboshi, katsuo, saba). Noodles are house-made. Spicy options, ramen and tsukemen all recommended. Part of the same group as the well-known Aomori shop Hirakoya, run by president Mikami-san. Raizo open since 2009.
