Recommended bowl: House-made feel

In this humble shop customers have a choice of clear or rich niboshi shoyu soup, with noodles house-made on a machine inside the kitchen. The Chūka Soba starts at just 550 yen, with add-on toppings to choose from. The master graduated from Nishi Junior High School. Open since 2015.
