Drift into a different side of Tokyo with the “Tokyo Bay Exclusive Gourmet Cruise” by @toki.tokyo - a semi-closed dining voyage supported by @tokyo_gov and the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau✨

The refined “yakatabune” boat blends timeless Japanese tradition with modern elegance, redefining the classic Tokyo Bay cruise🛥️

Three unforgettable evenings have brought together Japan’s culinary legends: the artful kaiseki of @ginza_shinohara, the precision of @hide.namba, and, most recently, the decadent Wagyu mastery of @boss.tanakasatoru🥩

I had the pleasure of boarding the latest Wagyu edition, where the spotlight shone on 60-month female Matsuzaka beef and 48-month female Kobe beef🐃

Personal standouts? The “Wagyu Roll” - raw Matsuzaka beef marinated in kelp, paired with flounder sashimi from Aomori (as seen in the cover photo) - and melt-in-your-mouth Chateaubriand Sukiyaki👑

All enjoyed while drifting across Tokyo Bay, framed by the city’s glittering night skyline - a dining experience as rare as the ingredients themselves🌃
