Shoyu ramen contains special brand shoyu from Shodoshima, Kagawa prefecture, which is made using wheat and whole soybeans. The semi spicy 'Karami Shoyu Ramen' is topped with an original house-made flavored oil utilizing chili peppers from Shimane prefecture. Bowls come with both pork and chicken chashu, and all ingredients used are domestically sourced. No MSG. Raw egg rice bowls with tsukidani (soy sauce-simmered fish) available on the side.
